Kart Assembly

Karts are sold in Box Format and require assembly of steering componentry, bodywork fitment and sticker kit application, seat fitment, engine fitment, and other minor assembly.  After Each Process the kart will require some minor reassembly when place back into a box. 

Rolling Chassis includes assembly of steering componentry, sticker kit application, and other minor elements. The kart is delivered boxed, and requires raising of steering, attachment of bodywork, and some other minor assembly.

NOTE: Engine and seat must be purchased separately if required, and fitment is the responsibility of the customer.

Drive away -  It a full Turn Key has the kart essentially fully assembled, including assembly of steering componentry, sticker kit application, engine fitment, seat fitment, and other minor elements. The kart is delivered boxed, and requires raising of steering, attachment of bodywork, and some other minor assembly.

NOTE: Seat and engine must be purchased separately. All karts are sold without a seat to allow selection to meet your exact needs.

Seat Fitting Only -  Includes fitting of seat in optimum standard recommended position. The kart is delivered boxed and requires assembly of steering componentry, bodywork fitment and sticker kit application, engine fitment, and other minor assembly.

NOTE: Seat must be purchased separately. All karts are sold without a seat to allow selection to meet your exact needs.  This is for the labour componant only - It is not a sale item, its only the labour to carry out this process.
